What do you enjoy most about being a bus driver?
I love greeting the students in the morning and trying to influence their day to be a better one than the day before. I also love meeting most of their families – they become a great encouragement to me.
 

What advice do you give students for being great bus riders?
Each day is a new day to make a positive change so be kind to everyone. Also, stay seated! 😊

I enjoy encouraging others, even on the weekends! It really brightens my day when my students talk to me. I love a “Good morning, Mrs. Woodard!”  My students are so precious to me.

I love greeting the students in the morning and afternoon. I also enjoy being able to build relationships with students who are not in my class.
 

What advice do you give students for being great bus riders?
If your bus driver tells you to do something, it is for your safety. Sit facing forward, talk quietly and be kind.

I like to read, travel, watch YouTube travel vlogs and hike. Fun Fact: I grew up riding the bus to school in Alaska!

Use a quiet voice and keep your body and belongings out of the aisle.
