Favorite Teacher 
My favorite person in school was actually my kindergarten assistant, Mrs. Woodie. She always had a soft spoken tone, and made me feel loved. She was a true example of what a role model should be in an educational setting.

Favorite Place in Catawba County
If you can not find me at work or home, I'm at my favorite place and that is Lake Norman. I love to go out on the boat with my family and try to fish. 

Favorite Activities
I enjoy crafting with my Cricut, fishing, and baking.

What I Love Most about Driving A School Bus
My favorite thing about driving a bus is that more days than not I get to see my children that ride and set the tone by telling them good morning, and I'm happy to see them.  As the last face they see from the school, I love dropping them off and ending their day by assuring them they are loved. 

Favorite Teacher  
Mrs. Setzer was my favorite! She was my third grade TA at Shuford Elementary. She read many chapter books to us throughout the year. She brought every page of those books to life, and I credit her with my love of books today.

The Newton Library because they have so much to offer.

Reading and spending time with my family.

Making sure my kids' days start and end with a big smile.

Mrs. Allen was my favorite teacher.  She challenged me to be better every day.  She was very strict and yet I knew she loved and cared for me.

I like to ride my bike on roads that I’ve never been on before. I like seeing new places.

My favorite teacher was my 6th grade teacher Ms. Norma Stewart.  My favorite bus driver was Miss Donna Stewart.  Both of these ladies always made me feel like I mattered. They both made me feel safe and important. I could always go to them if I had something on my mind knowing that they would listen. I was shy when I was younger and these ladies helped me to begin to overcome my shyness.

I enjoy time on the lake and I love the beach. I love spending time with my family. 

What I Love Most about Driving A School Bus
I love being able to see my kids every day.   The smiles and hugs really make my day.  I want them to feel safe and loved. 

Favorite Teacher  
My favorite teacher was Mrs. Karen Paisley at Bandys High. She was my theater/dance teacher. She always made me feel important and was concerned about what was going on in my life. She was always there when I needed her and supported me!!!

Murray's Mill because its beautiful and peaceful.

My hobbies are coaching cheerleading at Balls Creek Optimist, helping with dance, and spending time with my family.
